Reiki and Mindfulness Meditation
An invitation to Reiki and Mindfulness Practice:
An invitation to slow down a bit, to soften a little, to open the hand, perhaps,
to focus the heart, to allow a space for ease, to express a spiritual self.
Reiki Practice: A Japanese mind-body-spirit healing and meditation practice that supports wellness, mindfulness, resilience, and recovery capacity. Reiki practice helps us claim from within ourselves greater ease. We may experience a sacred outlook, an enlarged vision, and a participatory consciousness, even amidst situations of distress and uncertainty. Reiki teachings and practice offer all of us a sustainable mind-body-spirit approach to address physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual concerns and conditions. Body and mind heal most effectively when we create an inner terrain of calm.
We can experience Reiki practice in two ways: one is to experience a Reiki healing session from a trained practitioner, and the other is to learn how to practice the system of Reiki to care for yourself and others. Brenner Reiki Healing has offerings to support you in both experiences. In each case, Brenner Reiki Healing will deepen your own direct experience with Reiki teachings, practices, and meditations.
Mindfulness Meditation is about bringing our attention to the present moment and befriending our own minds. We practice anchoring our awareness on what is happening right now, just as it is, with caring curiosity. Mindful practices can shift us out of habitual mental and emotional patterns so we can respond to ourselves, to people and to situations more intentionally. Brenner Reiki Healing offers individual mindfulness meditation instruction, as well as mindfulness meditation workshops for your group or organization.
Whether you are interested in Reiki practice or Mindfulness Meditation, Brenner Reiki Healing is a space of healing-centered engagement for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Benefits of Reiki PracticeReiki practice allows our nervous system to down-regulate, facilitating physical, mental, and emotional healing. Reiki practice addresses you as a whole person within your life context, including what you find meaningful, your values, your aspirations, and the relevant social determinants of your health.
Reiki practice is about health promotion and health creation, broadening our view of health and the factors that support or detract from our health and well-being.
