Reiki helps individuals connect to their inner selves allowing the recipient to feel less burdened and more calm and still. Reiki supports the recipient to release from the grip of unhelpful emotional states, such as anger, anxiety, and impatience, into more skillful emotional states. Reiki benefits those of us seeking to manage stress and build resiliency in order to be more proactive rather than reactive in daily life.
While many of us may be living our lives “waiting for the next shoe to drop”, Reiki is a strengths-based approach, empowering recipients to identify their own strengths, resiliency, and coping skills. Reiki sessions and Reiki trainings promote mindfulness and emotional regulation in daily life.
Reiki sessions and trainings facilitate spiritual growth and personal development. Through Reiki meditations and Reiki healing, people of all ages and backgrounds can cultivate the inner qualities they wish to bring forth. Reiki has no dogma, nor is it a religion.
